杨平安,工学博士(后),副教授/文峰教授,硕士生导师,重庆市青年科技创新人才,重庆市学术技术带头人后备人选,重庆市巴渝青年学者。现为重庆邮电大学智能感知与特种机器人技术重点实验室常务副主任,重庆市电子学会表面贴装与微组装技术专业委员会委员,重庆英才·创新创业示范团队及重庆市高校创新研究群体核心成员,并担任Rare Metals (中科院一区)、Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering (中科院二区)等期刊青年编委。近年来主持和参与国家自然科学基金青年项目、重庆市青年科技创新人才项目、重庆市教委科学技术研究重点项目、重庆市技术创新与应用发展专项重点项目等科研项目近20项。以第一及通讯作者发表SCI论文40余篇,获授权国家发明专利20余项,中国仪器仪表学会科技进步一等奖2项、重庆市科技进步二等奖1项、川渝产学研创新成果奖1项。

- Bionic Robotics and Intelligent Electromagnetic System Team
- The team is the core of the innovative research group of "bionic robot and intelligent measurement and control" in Chongqing universities. It is composed of scientific researchers from Chongqing University of Posts and telecommunications and Hefei Institute of material science, Chinese Academy of Sciences. At present, it has more than 30 researchers, including 9 core members, all of whom have doctoral degrees (including 2 professors / doctoral tutors and 5 Master tutors), and 25 graduate students. It has won provincial and ministerial level awards 7 person times of talent titles.
The main research directions of the team are: (1) bionic robot (including bionic sensing and interaction mechanism, intelligent electromechanical structure, robot measurement and control and communication system), (2) intelligent electromagnetic system (including electromagnetic absorbing and shielding mechanism, intelligent absorbing material and structure, intelligent electromagnetic sensing and protection system).
In recent years, the team has undertaken more than 10 national projects (including 973 projects, National Natural Science Foundation projects, military science and Technology Commission projects, etc.) and more than 20 provincial and ministerial projects in the direction of intelligent electromagnetic materials, intelligent mechanical and electrical structures, intelligent robots and intelligent protection systems, with scientific research funds of nearly 20 million yuan. It has published more than 200 international and domestic high-level papers, including 150 SCI retrieved papers More than 50 articles were retrieved by EI, more than 30 authorized invention patents were obtained, and 5 provincial and ministerial awards were awarded.
