个人简介：

薛青，博士生/硕士生导师、文峰教授，IEEE Senior Member、中国通信学会高级会员。入选全国博士后管委会办公室和澳门科学技术协进会联合实施的“澳门青年学者”计划、重庆市留学人员回国创业创新支持计划、重庆邮电大学文峰人才工程“文峰青年百人”等人才建设项目；主持参与科研项目20余项（包括：国家自然科学基金[重点、面上、青年、地区]、重庆市自然科学基金、重庆市教委项目、博士后科学基金[面上、优秀专著出版]等）。

在IEEE COMST、JSAC、TWC、TCOM、TCCN等顶级汇刊与IEEE GLOBECOM、ICC等通信领域旗舰国际学术会议上，发表学术论文50余篇（2篇ESI高被引、1篇IEEE最佳学生论文），申请国家发明专利20余项，出版英文专著1部（章节），参与撰写并发布6G技术白皮书1份。荣获重庆市科学技术协会“川渝科技学术大会优秀论文”奖（1/5）、中国产学研创新成果二等奖(6/7)等科技奖励。担任通信领域国内外权威学术期刊的审稿专家、主流国际学术会议的技术委员会委员。
