个人简介:

冉泳屹,男,工学博士,重庆邮电大学副教授、文峰青年百人,博士/硕士生导师。分别于2008年和2014年在中国科学技术大学获得学士和博士学位。2014年至2016年在中国科学技术大学任职博士后研究员,2016年至2017年在美国马萨诸塞大学洛厄尔分校任职博士后研究员,2017年至2019年在新加坡南洋理工大学任职Research Fellow。主要研究方向为深度强化学习、随机优化与控制、卫星互联网、绿色数据中心、热管理与节能等。在IEEE/ACM权威期刊和会议IEEE TSCIEEE TPDSIEEE TVTIEEE GlobecomIEEE ICCIEEE ICDCS等上发表论文40余篇,英文专著章节1章,中文译著1本,拥有已授权发明专利7项,获得3次国际期刊/会议最佳论文奖。主持国家自然科学基金区域联合重点项目课题、国家自然科学基金青年基金、重庆市自然科学基金面上项目、重庆市教委科学技术研究计划青年项目、重庆市留创计划项目、中国博士后科学基金面上项目等科研项目。担任智能通信与复杂软件系统重庆市高校工程研究中心副主任、重庆市电子学会人工智能专委会委员。担任多个国际会议Chair,如ICCC 2025 Special Session ChairWCSP 2025 Symposium ChairIEEE CIT Workshop Chair等,长期担任IEEE JSACIEEE TWCIEEE TCOMIEEE TSCIEEE TMM等国际知名期刊审稿人。入选2021年重庆市留学人员回国创业创新支持计划和2022年度第八批苏州市苏州湾科技领军人才。指导学生获得中国国际大学生创新大赛(原互联网+)产业赛道市赛金奖2项、国赛铜奖2项,蓝桥杯国赛二等奖、三等奖2项等。
