李沛洋,男,中共党员,博士,毕业于电子科技大学,现为重庆邮电大学生物信息学院副教授,硕导,入选重庆邮电大学文峰青年,中国生物医学工程学会第十届青年委员。目前主要从事脑-机接口相关算法研究,以第一作者在国际学术期刊(IEEE TNSRE、IEEE TNNLS、IEEE TMI、IEEE TBME等)上发表科研论文10余篇,主持国家自然科学基金(青年基金)一项。
