彭义东于2021年12月获得重庆邮电大学计算机科学与技术专业博士学位,现为人工智能学院智能系专任教师,硕士导师,隶属“重庆市图像认知重点实验室”。主讲本科生相关课程2门,研究生相关课程1门。主持重庆市自然科学基金面上项目、重庆市教委科研项目(青年),并参与国家自然科学基金面上、科技部国家重点研发计划等项目。从事遥感图像信息智能处理相关研究,研究成果已在IEEE TGRS,Information Fusion, IEEE JSTARS等遥感领域知名期刊上发表,同时担任TIP、TGRS、JSTARS、KBS等国际期刊审稿人。
