潘旭(男,汉族,四川人),中共党员,理学博士。毕业于重庆大学,德国帕德博恩大学联合培养博士。美国《数学评论》(Mathematical Reviews)评论员。主要从事非线性偏微分方程理论及其应用方面的研究。以主要作者身份在 Journal of Differential Equations、Studies in Applied Mathematics 等国际著名数学期刊发表 SCI 学术论文 10 余篇。主持国家自然科学基金项目1项、重庆市研创项目 2 项、参与重庆市科委项目1项、重庆市教委项目1项。Google 学术引用 100 余次,担任众多国际SCI 期刊的评审人。获“理响重邮”微宣讲比赛二等奖、重庆邮电大学第七届校长荣誉奖等。
