        Prof. Guo-Cheng Wu now is fully working at the Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications. His research interests are fractional difference equations or fractional discrete-time systems. He reported rich dynamics of fractional chaotic maps and developed short memory fractional difference/differential equations. These results have been successfully applied to fast-safe chaos encryption, recurrent neural networks, and neural computation which lead to better performance in real-world applications.
