刘伯红，男，1973年生，四川遂宁人，副教授，中国计算机学会会员，硕士生导师。1999年毕业于中国矿业大学（北京），获工学硕士学位。1999年至2025年任教于重庆邮电大学计算机科学与技术学院，2025年至今任教于重庆邮电大学人工智能学院。主要从事数据库与数据挖掘、云计算与云服务、数字图像处理等方面的研究。参与科研项目多项，发表科研论文20余篇。
