个人简介：
黄龙旺（1993.06—），男，博士，硕士生导师，重庆邮电大学“智能空地协同控制重庆市高校重点实验室”，“智能网联汽车与交通国际研发中心（重庆邮电大学-美国佐治亚理工学院）”骨干成员，中国自动化学会预测控制与智能决策专业委员会和综合智能交通专业委员会委员。主要研究方向包括智能控制，网络化控制系统，智能网联车辆控制，在国内外权威期刊 IEEE Transaction of Fuzzy Systems，IEEE Transactions on System Man and Cybernetics: Systems，IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems,《自动化学报》等期刊发表论文多篇。担任IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Vehicles，IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation System，IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica，International Journal of System Science等期刊审稿人。
