梁承超,博士(后),重庆邮电大学通信与信息工程学院教授,博士生导师,人社部高层次留学人才回国资助项目获得者,重庆市“巴渝学者”(青年)、重邮“文峰青年百人”教授,“移动通信技术重庆市高校重点实验室”常务副主任,IMT-2030(6G)推进组成员。2017年加拿大卡尔顿大学博士毕业获理事会勋章。长期从事移动通信、无线网络、卫星互联网及优化理论的研究,在低轨卫星接入与移动性管理、无线网络虚拟化与切片、移动通信协议设计、无线系统优化方面具有丰富的研究基础,获得中国通信学会科技进步二等奖(第一完成人),重庆市自然科学二等奖(第二完成人),重庆市产学研创新成果一等奖(第一完成人)。近五年主持包括国家自然基金等省部级以上科研项目5项,主持加拿大MITACS基金项目1项,负责卫星互联网移动性管理等仿真平台开发等。在相关领域发表高水平学术论文100余篇,SCI他引1100余次,获国内外专利20余份。曾参与3GPP 5G R15&16标准化工作,目前担任Trans. Emerging Telecom. Tech.、EURASIP J. Wireless Comm. & Net.和Computer Communications等SCI期刊编辑委员会。
